According to the provision of Central Government, Orissa State Master Plan has been prepared in collaboration with R.M.C. staffs with the financial assistance of World Bank. The total cost of preparation of this plan is Rs. 2.50 lakhs. This facility is made available to existing Markets, which are in developing stage. Before giving any financial assistance, the following criteria of the Markets are taken into consideration

• Position of each market in the state
• Financial requirements of each market
